Dual Service Modules
AURORA EXCLUSIVE!
Access and module removal are important aspects of the overall serviceability of the display. These LED modules may be easily removed from the front using a special tool, or from the back on signs with hinged cabinets.
Temperature Controlled Fans
AURORA EXCLUSIVE!
Thermostatically-controlled fans run only when required to prolong their life and decrease maintenance costs. Prevents moisture from entering the sign cabinet when precipitation makes air circulation unnecessary.
Powerful Controllers
We use state-of-the-art industrial PC controllers for exceptional performance and rock-solid dependability. These units feature a 32GB solid state drive (SSD) with the ability to store years worth of messages, media and scheduling information. A powerful Intel™ processor and video output keep your display showing at a smooth 60 frames per second.
Universal Modules
Have the power to upgrade at a later date! Most displays feature a standard 320mm x 320mm LED board that can be changed, along with power supplies, at any point in the future. Our modules also feature a conformal coating that protects the electronics from moisture, dust and introduced chemicals. Built-in louvres provide extra contrast in direct-sunlight environments.
High Performance Cabinets
Our UL Listed, all aluminum LED cabinets will protect the internal components in even the harshest of conditions. With an IP65 weather rating, there's no need to worry about water or chemical intrusion. An exterior paint finish provides chip, impact and fade resistance.
Advanced Scheduling
Scheduling software allows the display to show messages on certain days and times. Messages can be programmed down to the second and over a year in advance. Leverage the power of targeted messaging!. All messages and schedules are stored onboard the sign, preventing computer and power problems from affecting the display.
Video & Graphics Capabilities
In addition to text, displays can show custom video clips, animations and still images. A wide variety of media formats can be imported and used in the software. Attract even more attention with an array of special effects for transitioning frames on and off the display. Create interest and movement designed to draw the eye to the message!
Time & Temperature Support
Serve the community while delivering a message! The current time, date and temperature can be displayed at any point and embedded within the custom text and graphics. Temperature is derived from a reliable and accurate online weather service. Time and date are derived from the internal clock with battery, and do not have to be reset in the event of a power-outage.
Adjustable Brightness
Users can tailor the display to the light levels and unique circumstances of their location. The integrated light meter will adjust the display brightness automatically to ambient light conditions. Never worry about your display being too bright or too dim! If using the manual setting, different brightness levels can be set for daytime and nighttime use. The display can even be set to turn off and back on at certain times.

Stewart Signs Wholesale offers a United States-based support team available during normal business hours. All team members are extensively trained in the construction, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of LED signs and software at our Alabama facility. Cell Connect
Using a wireless data modem that is pre-installed inside the LED display, a cellular network connection is used to transfer data with no setup required. Uses our 5-year Cell Connect data plan on the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network.
Range: Virtually unlimited.
Wi-Fi via Radio Frequency Modems
Using a pair of wireless radios, an RF signal is used to transfer data. One radio is pre-installed inside the sign, and the other on the outside of the building. This radio is then connected to the internet router or network device via an Ethernet cable.
Range: Up to 1500 feet between wireless devices.
Ethernet Cable
Using a Cat5e or Cat6 Ethernet cable, a network connection is used to transfer data. One end is connected to the sign, the other to the internet router or network device. This method is standard for all Aurora and Polaris displays.
Range: Up to 330 feet of cable.
Variable Border
Need an LED cabinet to match an exact size? No problem! Our variable border system allows us to build our LED sign cabinets to any size specification. We can even remove the border entirely for a borderless presentation.
Labor Service Agreement
We are also proud to offer an optional labor service agreement for service at the sign site. For a small percentage increase in the price of the sign, customers are fully covered in the event that service is required. Agreements are available in 5-year terms.
Non-Hinged Cabinet
AURORA EXCLUSIVE!
All of our Aurora LED sign cabinets are available in a non-hinged variant. Modules are serviced and removed from the front, giving access to the components behind them. This lower-cost option is good for when the clearance of the hinged lid is obstructed by surrounding material.
*Signs over 4 modules high or 11 modules wide require this option.
Front Ventilation
AURORA EXCLUSIVE!
For wall-mounted applications, or where displays will be enclosed on several sides, we recommend the front ventilation option. Cool air is brought in through front-facing fans located in the bottom border, and circulated throughout the display.

Get the power of the cloud with SignCommand.com! Developed by us, this browser-based application lets your customers easily and quickly update their message from any device. Software built with sign dealers in mind, we take the pain out of the most complex parts of LED sign setup.
