Service Claim Process

The Stewart Signs Customer Satisfaction team provides a single point of contact for all of your service needs. The following outlines the step by step process.

  1. An inquiry is made on stewartsignswholesale.com/support or to 1-800-285-2504 to report a problem and schedule an appointment to work with a technician. A service claim ticket is issued simultaneously.
  2. A trained technician will troubleshoot the issue.
  3. If onsite service is required, the technician will schedule the visit.
  4. The dispatched service technician will call to confirm the work order date and time of service.
  5. The technician performs the work and completes service claim ticket.
  6. A call is made verifying your satisfaction with the service and a performance rating is obtained via survey.
